An Annual Book Prize has been awarded to the top Horticultural student at the
Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) since 2010

Dean Berry was the first recipient of
this Prize for his achievements in 2010

From 2012 it was decided to award a 6-month CHS Membership to the top 1st Year Student
and an Annual Membership to the top 2nd Year Student
